Toxic company - Human Resources FLINT Corp. Employee Review

This company has a bad reputation for their very toxic culture. They pay you well enough to absolutely drain your energy and keep you at very high stress levels. Zero accountability! You can get thrown under the bus for the errors of somebody else, Passive aggressive racism with racial slurs occasionally thrown around openly. This is surprisingly within one of the departments in the corporate side and not in the trades department! Regardless of your ethnicity, all the best to your mental health and blood pressure if you decide to work here. Work life balance does not exist here.
