      Pros

      Good health benefit, good office location, good organization for Canadian citizens and white staff.

      Cons

      High level of internal politics, no bonus or overtime for junior staff, not allowed to give your opinion, Mid and Senior leaders are bullies, insulting work environment, favouritism and nepotism, no pay hike for the junior team, gruelling work hours, need to work during your vacation, unprofessional and unethical Mid and Senior management, will get credit for your work - your boss will take it, racial behaviour with non-white staff, no growth opportunity for non-white staff.
