      Pros

      Self growth and self improvement promotion Diversified and welcoming environment The community is very friendly and supportive, it's almost impossible not to want to interact again Questions are always welcome, each employee has their voice heard

      Cons

      Quite difficult for someone starting out to understand the purpose of the company; therefore, misunderstanding the potential of the product. On-boarding needs more time The different timezones might cause confusions and make it hard to plan a team meeting.

      Pros

      The company has a great environment The communication between employees with the company being remote is superb Everyone is friendly and love to work with each other You feel like everyone is in sync working towards a common goal

      Cons

      The work can be a little overwhelming for the company being a remote startup but I am sure full-time workers won't struggle much Remote work can be a little tough between employees because of time differences

      We agree with your comments, in particular when it comes to our remote company culture. We are balancing autonomy i.e. enabling employees to make full use of our learning programs and video libraries to get up to speed with our systems.
