      1. The upper limit for income is very high. 2. The company will not require you to attend meaningless gatherings. 3. A very free working atmosphere. 4. Paid opportunities for global travel. 5. Rapid R&D capabilities. 6. A complete company structure.

      There are not enough offices overseas

      Exaggrated salary however, they will always cut your payment by various excuses ileagally

      Cons

      Poor management knowledge and skills from Top level Treat empolyees like animal without any respects Top level only focus on SALES number without any help and expend logic,they want to push the company into stock market for more money eventhough it has huge deficits till now. Deduct employee's payment by all means, never respect the working contract and force you to work overtime without ANY overtime pay.

      Allow interns to enroll in real business. They can learn a lot in this role.

      Sometimes work overtime, and hold the meeting when I have dinner.
