Pros
I have worked at FISPAN for less than a year, but I have enjoyed each day of work thus far. The culture is great and inclusive with many opportunities for collaboration and engagement, despite being mostly remote. There are a lot of opportunities to take leadership and ownership over projects/initiatives. This provides a sense of autonomy and reinforces the sense of trust managers have with their team. Further, managers uphold internal transparency and have an "open door" attitude where they encourage questions and feedback. Thus, you know you have a valued voice within the organization. Lastly, the work-life balance is great. Everyday is enjoyable when you work with amazing people and do meaningful work! This is the first organization I have worked at that truly believes in elevating and celebrating its people.
Cons
There are no downsides to working at FISPAN.
