Dear Current Employee, We are disappointed to read this review, particularly because it presents a number of claims that do not reflect the reality of our workplace, our policies, or our conduct as an organization. While we understand that periods of transition can lead to frustration, the statements made here are factually inaccurate and overlook context that any long-term employee would be fully aware of. First, the suggestion that the company engages practices that disregards employees is simply untrue. Yes, we have gone through layoffs, just as countless companies globally have during the current economic climate. These decisions are never easy, but when they were necessary, we followed all legal protocols, provided due severance, and supported impacted employees to the best of our ability. It is also important to call out the contradiction in this review: if the environment was truly as negative and “career-ruining” as described, it raises a fair question as to why someone would choose to remain here for over three years. Many of our team members, including those who have been with us long term continue to contribute meaningfully, grow professionally, and uphold the company values that this review dismisses. We welcome constructive feedback, even critical feedback, when it is shared respectfully and grounded in truth. However, undermining colleagues, exaggerating conditions, and presenting an overly dramatic narrative does a disservice not only to the company, but also to the many employees who work hard every day and maintain a professional, collaborative workplace.
