Poor management and lack of respect for employees - Qlik Sense Developer FIPSAR Employee Review

Very poor management, they don't provide offer letter while joining and you cant easily relieve from the company, they will force you to work with the given package and you cant negotiate with any additional offers you have it's simply waste of time , they will tell they will consider and will take more time just to offer you less package than your other company offer , there won't be any annual review meetings you have to go ask for the hike for few times and then only they will have the meeting, sometimes they won't even respect the employees needs for the leave or work from home , they are very rude to employees,
