good team vibe continued education and support ability to make good money if on commission the repeat clients you form relationships with get to be creative health benefits
Cons
sometimes long shifts, minimum 9 hours work evenings, weekends, and holidays no overtime or WSIB not guaranteed a lunch break pressure to sell products no hourly pay (if on commission) clients can be irrational can be very stressful no proper staff room, cant bring a hot lunch, usually no where to sit on lunch break other than next to a pile of trash.
