Pros
Finsync is an Amazing company. The people here make it feel more like a family. We all work together as a team to help our clients. I feel inspired each day not only with the great people I get to work with, but with the interaction with Awesome clients. I am blessed everyday that I get to work for such a wonderful company. The upper management truly care about their employees, and make all employees feel valued.
Cons
The only con is not being able to see these amazing coworkers on a daily basis. We all work from home. Which is not a con at all because the company ensures we all know each other and have a great communication with each other. We also are able to have FUN activities and get to know each other on a personal level even though we work from Home. This company truly cares about each employee equally.
