Strong position in the Norwegian market, household name. Will look good on your CV. Large, modern, agile tech department with a strong culture and many talented individuals. Many opportunities for non-Norwegians. However, read the cons for recent changes.

The company is undergoing a transition to simply be the Norwegian office of a Nordic marketplace company. As a result, the culture and identity erodes, benefits are scaled back and focus is on profits, shareholder value and cost effectiveness.
