      Awesome culture. Cool and meaningful business

      Cons

      Might be biting off more than they can chew now with Nordic Marketplaces. Some cuts were just introduced, but not worried yet.

      - Motivated and brilliant colleagues. - Good age-mix, and gender mix (one of the best in IT). - Fantastic food.

      Cons

      - Missing / unclear career track and salary progression. No "tech-track", to really progress salary-wise you need to go into management, is my impression.

      Pros

      Strong position in the Norwegian market, household name. Will look good on your CV. Large, modern, agile tech department with a strong culture and many talented individuals. Many opportunities for non-Norwegians. However, read the cons for recent changes.

      Cons

      The company is undergoing a transition to simply be the Norwegian office of a Nordic marketplace company. As a result, the culture and identity erodes, benefits are scaled back and focus is on profits, shareholder value and cost effectiveness.
