Pros
Good opportunity to learn how finances and operations work at a company. Remote work is flexible.
Cons
- Toxic work environment. - Leadership provides no tools to aid day-to-day workforce in success and punishes mid-level managers when things go sour. - Financials are a mess—I do not think this company knows how to make or manage money. - Poor work/life balance, expected to work all the time with no support when things are out of control - Zero project management to speak of, accounts are poorly staffed and allocated hours are never enough to do the work I've worked at multiple agencies and this is by far the worst managed, and worst internal politics I've ever experienced. It feels like they bring in the worst agency leadership (often case people with poor reputations, legal issues) and celebrate them with high up roles.
