      Great company culture and work/life balance. Amazing first place to work because there is lots of room for growth and responsibility.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits (outside of health insurance) are not the best.

      - Such a cool company especially if you are into swimming - Got to touch so many different aspects of marketing when I interned - Super nice managers

      Cons

      - My only con would be just could have been a little more organized with keeping track of ongoing projects. Would recommend investing in a tool like asana.

      Pros

      If you're a swimmer, FINIS is the place to be. As a designer it was great to work alongside meaningful work in the swimming community.

      Cons

      The cost of living is high in California.
