      - People are very nice - Relaxed culture - Life/Work balance - Good benefits - Pay was okay considering the market - in my area I had good autonomy on what I was working on

      - leadership prevents movement - synergy with company feels off - growth: very little room to grow - unrewarding experiences

      Pros

      Decent benefits. Absolutely no pressure to produce anything of value ever.

      Cons

      Very uncompetitive salary and they do not give every employee yearly salary increases so your salary can stagnate easily as your earning power declines through inflation. Uncompetitive and uncertain bonus structure. Limited opportunities for career advancement. No direction from management.
