Good culture, poor exec leadership - Anonymous employee FINCAD Employee Review

Lack of direction and vision at exec level coupled with poor drive and execution. Really feels like an organization treading water rather than trying to make waves. Legacy product is becoming obsolete and next generation product is proving difficult to sell due to complexity and burden of effort placed on customer to extract value.
