Pros
- Opportunity to work with a worldwide organization. - Opportunity to meet the poorest entrepreneurs in the world. - Opportunity to meet the hardest working people in the world.
Cons
- The organization has no respect for personal life, Regional Meetings and other meetings and activities are always schedule over the weekends and it is considered normal. HR has never said a word about it. Senior management doesn’t care about it. - The organization spends millions (investors’ money or money from the poorest entrepreneurs in the work) flying unnecessary people all over the world and staying at very expensive hotels, beyond what is necessary. The line between trips that are necessary vs. what can be handled remotely doesn’t exist. - Frightening employee turnover rate. Employees are pushed beyond their limits (it is common for employees to work 14-16 hours a day including weekend). When they burnout and leave, they are finger pointed as unable to perform. - Compensation for many positions is extremely low, even more out in the field (countries).
