since the company follows "French" culture, you can have flexibility as much as you want.

very poor office culture - people are lazy and neglecting their duties (spend hours to chat every day) and very political (managers got fired or disappeared without noticing to their team). the company doesn't understand the importance of other departments except for the sales team for short-term growth.
