      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, great staff, management works well with everyone, great benefits for employees from perks to policy. Excellent work environment.

      Cons

      NO ongoing training program to keep your technical skills sharp and up to date. Work can be very demanding with long hours without training for certain projects. I don't mind working long hour as long as I know what they wanted me to do. Training helps sharpens one's technical skills sets on a consistent basis.
