People, People, People. This company is very small so people are very important and they are some of the best around. The events and festivals are also extremely fun and rewarding.
Cons
Communication is lacking here. Expect to learn things last minute and deal with frustrating situations. Also there is little to no structure but this often happens with a company this size.
