This company has a lot of poor management and poor decision making. Engineering staff are treated like gold while support staff are treated badly. Their compensation is very low but at the same time they want you to be available 24/7 . The management styles often clash and are noticeable to all staff as well as customers. Employees words are rarely heard by management and taken into consideration.
