Emplys many fresh graduates. Self management is fairly prevalent in the company. Some decent benefits.

Terrible at solving problems and managing people. Has a sort of "silence and hide the bodies" attitude to mistakes they make. Which is terrible because problematic attitudes and recurring issues are never addressed or fixed. Has some questionable practices when dealing with issues relating to employees and some clients. High employee turnover, benefits might not last.

Co-workers and people are great and company is growing all the time.

Some people have too much or a lot of work all the time.
