Pros
You have to work very hard and deliver substantial results not to be let go, however if you do and, you will be very well taken care of and have all sort of opportunities within the company. I guess this is the case in many companies nowadays, it has become very competitive. Good overall, I would recommend working here.
Cons
The amount of changes that there have been in management and many other teams it’s higher than average, in my experience
