Cons
- The company had been through a major overall 6 months before I was hired and the top management dismissed. Top Management was so in place for the past 6 months. Placed in Porto (with headquarters in Lisbon), it was visible that there had been a middle management/ seniors draining. The senior management in Porto lacked management skills such as planning and behaved as insecure leaders, unable to accept positive contributions to improve. - No proper planning of the work pipeline,the moment of hiring to fulfill the needs and the means/information to do the work. Do believe it will improve.
