Poor work life balance as bonus based on meeting team goals that were not always achievable. Bonus incentives lead to poor management decisions (quick improvement in the bottom line without full consideration of the risks). Manager more interested in "face time" (working late) and politics without regard for the actual number of hours worked. HR department very unprofessional.
