Pros
Competitive benefits including a strong incentive payout at the end of the year and retirement fund employer matches. The organization attracts talent and professionals. Very modern building with comfortable work spaces - although some relies heavily on cubicle culture which allows for little privacy and significant background interference (may depend on department).
Cons
Very siloed and corporate culture. Occasional hot heads with short tempers. Benefit package is good but not very forward thinking. Exempt employees may work a lot of overtime with little recognition.
