Not really, it was great for me

Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and cared about my success. There was opportunity to stay with the company longer. There is a culture of respecting work life balance. Recently moved to a new updated office building. Mostly a hybrid schedule 3 days in, 2 days at home.

Not many cons. I had a great experience, especially just as a contractor.
