      you have access to other positions at other more well managed FHLBs. You can learn how the other FHLBs work as a team and why FHLB-Pitt does not

      Cons

      Lies deception and incompetence from human resources down through all the departments. Most of IT department are cdontractors with no real allegiance to FHLB-Pitt; was tough to find somebody who cared.
