Not bad for entry level - IT Executive FGV PRODATA Systems Employee Review

- Laid back working environment. - Flexibility to explore and experiment with different technologies.

- Very low salary when compared to average in the same area. - Lack of clear project management structure. - Teams tend to work in silos, limiting collaboration. - Occasional uncoordinated changes and inconsistent support by project leadership which negatively affected project stability and timelines created unnecessary obstacles for project execution. - Limited structured workflow; tasks often came directly from users to developers with minimal planning or tracking.

All the staffs are very friendly and the environment are super great. Seniors who respects intern and loves to treat us with food and drinks.

The only cons I would say is the access card is pretty slow to get and their lift system is old and not very functioning at the moment. But during my intern they already working on them so they might have been finished upgrading in 2026
