      Pros

      FGS is a growing company. This means that every one that is a part of the company is professional and very friendly. Hard work is noticed and, when available, rewarded.

      Cons

      This one is both a Pro and A Con: FGS is growing very fast. As such, the company continues to take on more and more responsibilities. Unfortunately, it grows a little too fast at times, and some bad habits tend to creep up. This is slowly whittled back down. The transition can be a little rough at times.

      Pros

      Good management and site leadership; very little interaction with main office and it wasn't needed. Great Christmas parties! :-)

      Cons

      Had slightly under bid the contract which limited senior billets and pay ... I was overqualified for the billet that I was in and was unable to reach appropriate pay for quite some time until an appropriate billet opened up (more my fault than theirs for taking it)
