      Somewhat fair salaries. Interesting and challenging work.

      Cons

      The entire company is based on who you know and who you are related to. To get fair treatment, you need to be related to upper management. Led by stubborn, short sighted, selfish management. Terrible work environment and employee morale. Too many mgmt choices are made purely because of Money rather than considering the long term benefit.

      The team is so welcoming and excited to have new hires on board. You are encouraged to share ideas, have a seat at the table and contribute from day one. Employees care deeply for one another and their clients, and it shows in the results...unmatched staff tenure, incredible client retention and consistent double digit year over year growth.
