Pros

The company has strong Revit capabilities

Cons

Company culture was terrible. The management team when I was there showed minimal respect for you. From day one I always felt like an outsider and was not welcomed into the inner circle of existing employees. People were always looking over their shoulder. It felt like everyone worked out of fear. Pretty much the entire group of people I worked with are no longer even employed there. Retention was horrible. Either you jumped on the bus or it was going to roll over you. I would not recommend this firm to anyone I know. Please keep looking! Plenty of reputable, decent firms to work for in St. Louis that treat their employees with respect and encourage growth!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate both current and former employee feedback. We pride ourselves on an inclusive environment and are disappointed to hear that wasn’t your experience. We recently had a committee formalize the onboarding process to ensure that new employees joining the firm have the tools they need to be successful and are well connected throughout the firm. We encourage any future candidates to ask questions about this or anything else they read on Glassdoor. The interview process is very important for both the candidate and employer to make sure it’s the best fit for everyone involved.
