      Lots of talented and hardworking people. An amazing culture of teamwork and collaboration! It really felt like we are tackling all obstacles together. ALWAYS ONE TEAM! All levels of Leadership really does care for Everyone World class technology like no other Amazing products that can not be beat!

      long shifts (12hrs), not for everyone

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
