      Pros

      I’m a line production worker at FGF Brands. I’ve been with the company for over 3 years and I have no desire to leave. The pay is decent, and management is tough but fair. In the factory, safety is the #1 priority. They don’t tolerate employees who don’t follow the safety practices. This has made some people upset, but it keeps the rest of us safe. I like my manager and I know I’m in good hands.

      It gets boring after a while. I like to let my mind wander.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
