      Great people, awesome events, and enthusiastic owners. You don't get the same vibe from the owners that you get from other companies, no matter what size. Leadership is generally interested in your advancement and growth.

      Cons

      Some growing pains as the company continues to double-down on its vision. Was very little flexibility around working at home—assume this has changed recently.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
