      Pros

      I work in the IT department here at FGF Brands and I’ve got to say it’s been hands-down my best experience since starting in IT more than a decade ago! We get the respect we deserve within the company and management will actually take time to listen to our concerns and recommendations. My team is amazing! They’re some of the most capable and intelligent people I know. I honestly can’t say I’ve had any real complaints in the 2 years I’ve been here.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
