Recently separated employee. Company is absolute trash to work for. I quit because of unethical business practices. They ask you in an upper management role to lie to the customer over and over. They are red on all their projects other then 2. They are losing customers left and right. The ship is sinking. Also they promised to pay my per diem for the days they asked me to stay over in another state for a hand off. And they promised to pay my travel back to the offic. Instead they refused the per diem and left me stranded across the country even though they put me out there. Told me to figure it out with my funds. I had enough lies, unethical business practices, and subpar performance. And nothing but foreign labor. They only have 3 Americans that work there. Everyone else is on a visa and they take complete advantage of them. They make them work 2 times the hours their american counter parts work for half the pay because if they quit they will have to go back to Mexico. I was management and I will forever make sure I warn everyone in the industry to steer clear of this employer. You ever see a child wearing their dad's suit? That's what FFT is in the world of integrators.
