Shift availability vary and heavily depends on your performance but even if you do average shift availability can be very low. I’m only noting this down so people know before getting themselves into something they think involve consistent shift which is often not the case. But company is good don’t get me wrong, much of the problem stems from CONSISTENT SHIFTS

Sai quando cominci e non sai mai quando finisci il turno. Stress giornaliero a livelli altissimi. Richieste di raggiungimento o target assurde rispetto al personale presente, sottostaffato al massimo. Se finisci in orario vieni accusato di lavorar poco. Se finisci tardi vieni accusato di non svolgere i tuoi task in tempo.
