Pros
I've worked at 3 other BIG Banks, none compared to the culture the company sets for employees, the passion employee's feel about the bank, and the overall POSITIVITY of the bank. This company wants you to succeed, to be great and they will reward you. Sr MGMT is so present and communicative. I'm never leaving.
Cons
The only con, and this has been my experience with all the banks I worked for, is implementing integration, but you know we are working on it, and I see improvements everyday!
