They have no idea what they are doing.
Cons
-The product is total crap. I'm not convinced it isn't AI in disguise. -They love using the catch phrases "We're closing the equity gap" and "Students are our #1 priority" when 100% of their focus is on making money and forcing students furthest from opportunity to stare at a computer screen. They are laughing at schools all the way to the bank.
