Non-traditional Japanese company. It has a horizontal hierarchy, so you can communicate with your superiors directly as one of your colleagues. Currently the employees are mostly women and of different nationalities. You can choose your own growth and career up path inside company. It is constantly working to improve the conditions of its employees. Offers flextime, remote work and overtime is not allowed if there is no compelling reason.

As a small company, employees have to be more involved and adaptable to the situation. Not everyone is ready.
