      Use third party investigation agents during background check that are not professionals at all. Most o the information is not verified correctly. They don't do double checking for information they understand is sensitive (i.e., previous employment experiences)

      Work life balance is good. You come, you do your work, you go home. Casual work environment. Hybrid, but a lot of flexibility to be remote

      If you're not ex-Military or an older white man, you'll have respect performed to you but not actually given. You might be in the room, but you'll be ignored or talked over.
