      Coworkers Smaller staff Not much more than that

      Owner/physician sacrifices pt care for money- all other medical staff are professional and amazing! Schedules are unpredictable No protocol adherence Management is retaliatory Management will tell you whatever you want to hear to hire you on, and then deny you the opportunities promised

      Great place because it is privately owned.

      Cons

      Does not allow you to take "your PTO" as PTO you have to use it accordingly to providers schedules and lucky if you can even get that. They place favorites its not really a TEAM its a US thing. Hiring outside of the company for stronger titles rather than hiring within from current employs who already know the company and policies.
