      Cons

      A very storied history of a dysfunctional workplace, were a complete lack of respect, leadership, direction/vision and professionalism are a daily way of life at Fellfab. Too many unjustified restructurings, hiring/firings, just because they can.

      Pros

      A realistic environment with less stress than big corporations. Catered meals a few times a year for employee appreciation and holidays. Several breaks a day for the workers. Pay is comparable for the industry.
