      Pros

      Opportunity to pitch an idea and reflect the whole experience to the management at the very last day of internship. A very good relationship with the other employees and the management.

      Cons

      My experience was relatively good but could be better if the management would able to give more responsibilities to the interns. The working environment is very relaxed and dominated by one race.

      - One of the main player in plantation, very well established - Govt agency = never worry about company closing down - Career can boost if you play your cards right to the management - Opportunity to work with other govt agencies and expand connections

      Cons

      - Small pay increment - Management is always changing since politics and govt in charge can appoint - Challenging problems to solve since so many stakeholders involved - Understaffed at HQ/ operations overstaffed: mostly work is distributed to people who is available and can do. to be frank if you dont want to do much work just pretend you stupid.
