      Pros

      A co-worker, not management, was very experienced in recycling & provided me with excellent recycling knowledge. I in turn helped him with improve his computer skills.

      Cons

      The manager was very unethical & dishonest. He treated his employees with disrespect. After leaving Federal International, I have talked to other former employees & people who had business dealings with this manager & they had nothing good to say about this manager.

      Amazing managers, great coworkers, good pay, good hours

      They don’t have their own yard, and the place that they rent don’t allow them to grow

      Decent pay, that's about the aspect I miss and the only pro I can think of

      Front office worker is very immature; cannot handle work load (which is not overwhelming); and does follow company guidelines: will lie to get whatever is wanted at all cost of others.
