      Great Management that you work with day in/day out. Competitive Pay

      Cons

      Trailers hauling recycled materials are in need of repair a lot. It's difficult asking the higher ups to spend money to fix aging trailers when they are always hauling "garbage".

      They don’t have their own yard, and the place that they rent don’t allow them to grow

      Decent pay, that's about the aspect I miss and the only pro I can think of

      Cons

      Front office worker is very immature; cannot handle work load (which is not overwhelming); and does follow company guidelines: will lie to get whatever is wanted at all cost of others.
