Pros
Made good commissions. Helpful coworkers. You can feel good about what you're selling. Company is honest and straightforward with customers.
Cons
Upper management seems unsure of themselves. Lack of transparency at top. They will lie to employees. Human resources is a weak point. They are bad at conflict resolution. Satellite offices are neglected. Terrible insurance and PTO. Don't seem to know how to handle unique demands of sales staff. They buy out other companies and then hire owners and management of these failed businesses.
