      Pros

      broad exposure to all aspects of the business. casual work environment. very smart group of people with opportunities to learn a lot! very agile and not burdened by red tape common in larger companies.

      Cons

      Comp could be a bit more competitive relative to peers with such a high bar for talent. Leadership was a bit frugal to the point that I believe it hampered the potential growth of the business.

      Great group of employees. Nice small, boutique-like culture. get exposure to many different aspects of the business

      not much opportunity for advancement. bit of a divide between management and employees
