      Pros

      Everyone is constructive and goes above and beyond to teach and help. Job sites with an excellent atmosphere. Mostly very professional subcontractors. Safety is the priority. Site Managers are very approachable.

      Cons

      Well....like everywhere in commercial construction you need to put in the hours.
