- 2 Directors who run separate studios, with minimal interactions between the 2 studios. - Colleagues with unrealistic expectations of perfection with minimal intention to guide and nurture juniors in the company. - Blame culture on all levels resulting in toxic work culture bordering the category of workplace harassment. - Understaffed and overworked colleagues bordering burnout adds to the negativity of the workplace culture. - Office is not conducive for private meetings / discussions leading to inconvenient arrangements (ie. unable to enter office until private meeting is over, unpleasantries when suppliers appear without informing, insufficient space for discussions, etc).
